Everyone of us needs diet and exercise to become more active always. Maintaining a healthy body through exercise is the most important challenge to all of us. Here are my tips of diet and exercise:
1. Ditch the car keys and try to walk to the store, jogging or ride a bike.
2. Clean more at home even vacuuming is an exercise, gardening and raking.
3. Take the stairs instead of the escalator and elevator.
4. Go out to the garden and play with your child or grandchildren. They will keep you moving.
