Tips For Cutting Calories

1. Eat only when your hungry.
2. Eat slowly ( it takes 20 to 30 minutes to start feeling full ) and stop eating when you're full.
3. Begin meals with a large glass of water.
4. Have a fruit or vegetable for a snack and have fruit for dessert.
5. Choose skinless poultry and lean cuts of meat.
6. Choose low - fat or fat - free cheeses, salad dressings and bread spreads.
7. Use low - fat cooking methods such as baking, broiling, grilling, steaming and choose cooking sprays for stir - fries and sauteing.
8. Keep a food log to help you track how much you're eating.
