Eat Healthy Foods

While I was at the Zehrs market, I checked my blood pressure and the result was 132/77 mm Hg. Well, my systolic pressure was a little bit high while my diastolic pressure just fine. I really tried my best to lower my salt intake, eat only healthy foods, avoid to eat fats but failed to exercise daily. Maybe I need to exercise in order to have a normal blood pressure.
