Last Tuesday July 1st was a Canada Day 2008 Celebration. My friend with her daughter and I with my niece went to Riverside Park, Guelph Ontario to witness the entertainment schedule from 2pm to 10:30 in the evening. There are lots of activities like art in the park, environmental display, New Canadian Citizenship Ceremony, painting on the green, bongo/trivia contest, the overtones, royal city big band, the free press, duck races, dream home draw and fireworks. For children's fun they have carousel, train rides, face painting, Guelph storm shoot out and player autographs, mega mutts dog show, pony rides, petting zoo, midway and inflatable games.
